To help you prepare a rainbow of flavorful fruits and vegetables that can contribute to good health, Butter Buds created a collection of colorful recipes in accordance with the “5 A Day for Better Health” nutrition education program. This program states that eating five or more servings of a variety of vibrant fruits and vegetables each day has been shown to play an important role in healthier living.
