These delicious recipes will satisfy both heart and soul!

For most cooking purposes, butter, margarine, and oil can be replaced with an equivalent amount of Butter Buds. For best results with baked goods, experiment by substituting 25 to 100 percent of the fat in a recipe with and equivalent amount of Butter Buds (see chart). Cakes and cookies work best with 25 to 50 percent substitution, while most quick breads can use 100 percent substitution.
