Store spice blend in a glass or plastic container with a tight-fitting lid. How To Use It: Jerked Pot Roast Sprinkle 1 tablespoon spice blend on 3 pound beef chuck cross rib roast, bottom round roast or rump roast. Prepare meat according to your favorite pot roast recipe. Island-Style Barbecue Sauce Combine 1 teaspoon of spice blend with 1/2 cup bottled barbecue sauce. Grill chicken, pork or beef and brush on barbecue sauce during last 10 minutes of grilling. Mango Side Sauce Place 1 cup of cubed fresh mango or peaches and 1 teaspoon of spice blend in blender.
